Terms & Conditions to abide by, whilst engaging with our fully interactive Titanic Experience and Metacruising.
Terms & Conditions:
Acknowledgement of Risks: AVAC is not a financial investment, and cryptocurrency is inherently risky. By participating in this experience, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with cryptocurrency and digital assets.
Compliance with Linden Labs' Terms and Conditions: All participants must adhere to Linden Labs' Terms of Service and any other rules and regulations imposed by Linden Labs. Failure to comply with these terms may result in removal from the experience and potential penalties within Second Life.
Ethical Conduct: Participants are expected to behave ethically and respectfully towards other users, NPCs, and the environment. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of offensive behavior is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the experience.
Responsible Usage: Participants must use the experience responsibly and avoid any activities that may cause harm, disruption, or damage to the Titanic Metacruise, its users, or any associated digital assets.
Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights associated with the Titanic Metacruise, including but not limited to design, content, and digital assets, are the property of AVAC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without express written consent from AVAC.
Liability: AVAC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the Titanic Metacruise, even if AVAC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Libel and Defamation: Participants are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of libel, defamation, or false statements that may harm the reputation or image of the AVAC team, the project, or any individuals associated with the project. This includes, but is not limited to, spreading false information, engaging in targeted harassment, or inciting hatred or discrimination against any parties involved.
Legal Consequences: Any participant found to be engaging in libelous or defamatory behavior may be subject to legal action, removal from the experience, and potential penalties within Second Life. Participants are responsible for their own actions and agree to indemnify and hold harmless AVAC, its affiliates, and all individuals associated with the project from any claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise from such actions.
Reporting Misconduct: Participants are encouraged to report any instances of libel, defamation, or harassment involving the AVAC team, the project, or any individuals associated with the project to the appropriate authorities or the Second Life platform. AVAC is committed to ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all participants and will take appropriate action to address any violations of these terms and conditions.
Sexual Misconduct and Discrimination: Participants are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of sexual misconduct, harassment, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic. This includes, but is not limited to, unwelcome sexual advances, inappropriate or offensive comments or actions, or any other behavior that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment for others.
Good Moral Conduct: Access to the Titanic Metacruise is granted only to those who exhibit good moral conduct and uphold ethical standards. Individuals with a history of engaging in criminal activities, bad actor behavior, or any actions that could pose a risk to the safety and enjoyment of other participants are not permitted to access the experience. The project team reserves the right to deny access or remove any individual who does not meet these criteria, in order to maintain a positive and secure environment for all participants.
Trolling and Disruptive Behavior: Participants in the Titanic Metacruise are expected to maintain a respectful and courteous attitude towards other participants, the project team, and the overall experience. Trolling, disruptive behavior, or any actions that negatively impact the enjoyment or engagement of other participants will not be tolerated. Violation of this term may result in removal from the experience and potential penalties within Second Life.
Anti-Money Laundering Compliance: Participants must comply with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, refraining from engaging in any activities that involve the acquisition, exchange, or transfer of funds derived from illegal activities or attempting to conceal the origin, source, or destination of such funds. Any participant found to be engaging in such activities may be removed from the Titanic Metacruise experience and reported to the appropriate authorities.
AVAC as a DAO, Charity, or Do-Good Organization: Please be aware that AVAC is not a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO), a charity, or a do-good organization. The funds raised from NFT mints are considered profit and are spent and distributed accordingly by the AVAC team. As a participant in the Titanic Metacruise, you acknowledge this fact and understand the nature of the project and its financial structure.
Modifications to Terms and Conditions: AVAC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Titanic Metacruise constitutes acceptance of any changes to the terms and conditions.
Access Restricted to AVAC Holders: Access to the Titanic Metacruise experience is exclusively reserved for verified AVAC NFT holders. Any individual found to have unlawfully accessed the experience without holding a valid AVAC NFT may be subject to immediate removal from the Metacruise and potentially banned from future access. The AVAC team reserves the right to enforce this restriction and take necessary actions to protect the exclusive nature of the experience for legitimate AVAC NFT holders.
No Affiliation: AVAC is an independent project and is not affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by SpaceX, Elon Musk, or any other person or entity of note. Any claims or suggestions of such affiliation are false and misleading. The project is solely focused on providing an enjoyable and immersive metaverse experience for its participants and does not represent any official connection to the mentioned parties.
Acknowledgment of Terms and Conditions: By minting or buying an NFT associated with AVAC, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in the forfeiture of any privileges or access to the AVAC metaverse experience, without any compensation or refund.
Non-Investment Disclaimer: AVAC NFTs are not to be considered as investments, securities, or financial instruments. NFTs and cryptocurrencies carry inherent risks, and the value of such digital assets can fluctuate, potentially leading to the loss of all or part of the initial investment. AVAC NFTs are digital collectibles with metaverse utility and should be treated as such. Owning an AVAC NFT is a privilege granted to holders who appreciate its metaverse experience and value, and the project disassociates itself from any individuals or entities who view these NFTs solely as financial investments.
By participating in the Titanic Metacruise, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and acknowledge that you have read and understood them. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in removal from the experience and potential penalties within Second Life.
